This is particularly the case when submission to such conduct is made a term or condition of employment or such conduct has an effect on wages, advancement, job performance, or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive working environment.   • Retaliation against an individual who brings a complaint of discrimination or harassment or against an individual who participates in the investigation of a complaint of harassment or discrimination is strictly prohibited;

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EVERY EMPLOYEE TO FOLLOW THIS POLICY CONSCIENTIOUSLY. IF YOU BELIEVE THERE HAS BEEN A VIOLATION OF THE POLICY YOU SHOULD REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY TO YOUR IMMEDIATE MANAGER, THE NEXT LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT, YOUR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER OR THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT'S TOLL FREE HOTLINE AT 1-800-737-1663. THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT WILL INVESTIGATE EACH COMPLAINT AND WILL TAKE CORRECTIVE AND REMEDIAL ACTIONS WHERE NECESSARY. ANY EMPLOYEE WHO VIOLATES THIS POLICY IS SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINE UP TO AND INCLUDING DISMISSAL.
