To start shipping with CSX, the first thing you need is a price for your shipment. Learn how to Become a Customer and look up a price. If you have questions about a price, call 1-877-744-7279, option 5, option 1.
Once you have a price, submit the service feasibility form, and the SSUI manager for your area will contact you to discuss the logistical details of your shipment.
Changing Your Business Operations or Service Requirements?
If you already are a CSX customer but have a change to your business or operating environment -- like expanding rail capacity or changing shipping patterns -- contact the SSUI manager for your area. We'll help evaluate your changing needs and determine what adjustments need to be made to accommodate your changes.
