These are the standard processes to be used to ensure proper handling when an employee marks off Operation RedBlock.
Foreman/Duty Officer receives the call:
Employee marks off Operation RedBlock.
Foreman/Duty Officer is notified of an employee mark-off.Foreman/Duty Officer receives the call:
Employee marks off Operation RedBlock.
- Mark the employee off "SNP - Sick No Pay"
(Note: This handling should be given either for a call received from an employee or when calling the employee.) - Notify the Foreman/Duty Officer in the Operation Center of the Operation RedBlock mark-off.
(Note: Do not place comments in the employee's history. This is confidential information and should be treated as such.)
Foreman/Duty Officer notifies Regional Director of mark-off.

Provide the following information to the System Coordinator.
- Name of employee
- ID number
- Time of mark-off
- Location of mark-off
- Employee phone numbers.
Employees marking off Operation RedBlock will be permitted to stay in company-provided lodging until next tour of duty.
Employees are not permitted to leave the premises of company-provided lodging using his/her personal vehicle.
